Image The Cevennes, it is a country of granite and schist located in southernmost edge of the Central Solid mass and on the Mediterranean slope, between the sources of Ardeche and Herault. Nature beautiful and rebel, savage and generous all at the same time whose shaven landscape was entirely redrawn by the hand of the manwho created there bancels, faysses, terraces arranged for the culture of the vine, the mulberry trees and cereals. And this with a granite, schist habitat sometimes sometimes, cover of roofing stones, which merges in the environment.

The sheets were used as fodder with the sheep and the goats, of litter to the pigs… Wood was employed with the manufacture of the frames, pieces of furniture and barrels.
