A romantic house to rent for vacation in the very heart of Uzes, one of the most beautifull city in Provence, South of France , close to Nimes and Avignon.
Several accomodations are possible :
Tariff : from 850 € / 1300 € in low season up to 1 200 € / 1 850 € in high season. 10% Discount Prices on lowest prices so long you do not book on French vacation periods : take advantage of it !!! Less tourists mean also more pleasure... Prices include house clothing (beds covers and towels, changed once a week, also for the kitchen). We also ask for 60 € for the house maid once every week for the house cleaning. Cash deposit 300 € / 500 €. Hiring on short stays is also possible (long week-ends) like for 4 days minimum on base two thirds weekly prices. Arrivals are on Saturdays, leaving on Fridays Morning so far as possible. Specific requests may be of course be taken into consideration. High season : Summer vacations (i-e July and August) + Christmas vacation (some days before Christmas to the 1st of January) Lower Season : Halloween Vacation (one week time), Easter Hollidays (3 weeks time), Winter Hollidays (February) Down Season : ("down" doesn't mean "dead" far from that) 10% discount on lower Season apllies !

The house is an old house of 17th and 18th century entirely restored in the respect (old material re-employment, old doors, terra cotta etc.) and the authenticity of the architecture of the historical center of Uzes. The furniture are original and time-used and decoration has authenticity of an familly house which would have lived through the centuries.
The walls are out of apparent stones, just like the beams treated in pastel, the ground floor has vaulted stones as original very old uzes houses. So, it garantes a pleasant freshness in summer in the court arranged in garden.
