A romantic house to rent for vacation in the very heart of Uzes, one of the most beautifull city in Provence, South of France , close to Nimes and Avignon.
Several accomodations are possible : Two persons : "La Suite" (one bedroom, one bathroom, one living-room) Two times two persons or one time two with one or two children : "Grand comfort" (2 rooms, one bathroom, one living-room, one dining room) Up to six persons : the whole house ("La Suite" + "Grand comfort") (3 rooms, two bathrooms) Tariffs : From 560 € / 1.120 € on low season up to 700 € / 1.400 € in high season per week. Week-end stays : ask for it ! High season: Summer vacations (i-e July and August) Medium Season: Christmas vacations (some days before Christmas to the 1st of January) Low Season: Less tourists mean also more pleasure... Prices include house clothing (beds covers and towels, changed once a week, also for the kitchen). We also ask for 30 € for the house maid once every week for the house cleaning. Cash deposit 300 € / 500 €. Hiring on short stays is also possible (long week-ends) like for 2 days minimum. Arrivals are on Saturdays, (Fridays evennings for short 2-days stays). Specific requests may be of course be taken into consideration. |
The house is an old house of 17th and 18th century entirely restored in the respect (old material re-employment, old doors, terra cotta etc.) and the authenticity of the architecture of the historical center of Uzes. The furniture are original and time-used and decoration has authenticity of an familly house which would have lived through the centuries.
The walls are out of apparent stones, just like the beams treated in pastel, the ground floor has vaulted stones as original very old uzes houses. So, it garantes a pleasant freshness in summer in the court arranged in garden.
